Very nice, quiet, comfortable hotel

Posted 19-Aug-2014
Pros: Sleek, comfortable, and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds were nice and cozy.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping in various areas - Chinatown, Center City, Washington Square West, Market Street. A great and quiet location.
This is a nice find at a good price. The hotel is conveniently located within walkable distance to dining and shopping in Center City.

our trip tophiladelphia

Posted 17-Aug-2014
Pros: I couldn't find any name brand hotel for below $200. ( without taxes). This one was $149) taxes.
Cons: Menu could be better with more options for kids. Staff could be more cheerful.. They were dull and talked to their personnel friends.
Location: Location was good if not perfect
Experience was OK. But it a bit of a walk to the historic..We had two kids and the beds felt very small.. The d├ęcor could be a bit more cheerful, but it wasn't. But it was clean. Staff were not particularly warm and cheerful. but they were not rude either. .

Good location in center philly

Posted 07-Jul-2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Keeping the room at a more comfortable temperature during the day.
Nice location close to the convention center and walking distance from the historical area. Our room faced east and as the sun came up the room warmed up like crazy. In an hour the room was up by at least 6 degrees, and kept going up.

Decent hotel for conventions

Posted 23-Jun-2014
Pros: Close to the convention center, friendly staff, luggage check, firm beds
Cons: The bathrooms could be fixed up a bit
Location: Right next to the convention center and very close to a bunch of eateries including the Reading Terminal Market.
The hotel is very close to the Philadelphia Convention Center which was the primary requirement I had. There was always somebody at the front willing to help. The business center was usable at least to print (which is all I needed it for) when I realized I needed to print a ticket I had forgotten. The room itself was clean enough though less than gleaming. There were some loose tiles in the bathroom and stuff like grouting was a bit uneven which marred the appearance a bit. I was pleased to find the bed and pillows were firm though I am sure other would find that to be a negative. The complimentary luggage check was very convenient as I wasn't leaving until the evening and did not wish to carry all my bags with me all day. Overall if you really just use the hotel as a place to keep your stuff and sleep it is a decent choice.

Great Philly Experience

Posted 20-Jun-2014
Pros: Very modern rooms and quiet!
Cons: Elevator was a bit funky at times, slow.
Location: Great location for those going to the Convention Center.
This was by far my best visit to Philly thanks to the Four Points Hotel, it's very classy and the bar was fantastic. It's smaller than most large hotel chains, the clients were friendly and it was very close to the Convention Center and other key spots. This is not a paid ad, I really liked this place!

Okay hotel

Sheets look dingy, there's NO pool, NO parking you have to find your own on the street or pay to park in a lot, very inconvenient especially for the price we already spend on the hotel. No refrigerator in room
