Great experience. Second time staying here. We had to extend our time from 3 nights to 2 weeks and it was no problem. Seemed like a second home to us. Housekeeping was very efficient and friendly as well as all the other staff. No negative comments whatsoever.

"Excellent Service,cleanliness, and comfortable bed"
We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The service cleanliness car park and a very comfortable bed made our stay very enjoyable. The only thing that did not completely satisfy us was the size of the room.a little small for two tall people

This apartment hotel suited our party of five (in four rooms!) just fine for a four-day break in high summer. There is quite a difference between rooms: only two twin/doubles on each floor have a sheltered balcony the width of the room, and some have no balcony at all. We lucked into one with a good balcony and so convened for breakfast and one supper there with the fruit of the local shops and markets; the kitchenettes are well provisioned, with coffee makers, hobs and even pots and pans and kitchen knives. There is a supermarket across the street and a food-only Monoprix around the corner, one bakery/café just down the street and the impressive Au Levain d’Helios nearby on Boulevard Georges Clemenceau, so it's easy to make light meals from fresh food in the room. Keep an eye out for degustations in the local wine shops, too.
Perpignan isn't large, so this place is conveniently located on the northern side of the central core, within a 15-minute walk of the adjacent train and bus stations to the west, and a pleasant stroll into the old town, which is well provided with restaurants and cafés (we particularly enjoyed Le VIP and Crêperie du Théatre). Thus, we filled one day with tourismo in Perpignan (palace, cathedral, galleries), and two more with day trips to Collioure and Villefranche de Conflet (which connects to Le Petit Train Jaune), thanks to one-Euro tickets to selected destinations on the excellent local bus and train network.
