The apt was larger than we expected and had everything. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and the pool/hot tub was wonderful. I want to go back !!

Staff was kind of rude and denied my dogs were service dogs although I told them when i checked in. I dont know if i wasnt heard or what because I was very clear. They made me pay the pet fee for the 5 days i was there in order to stay a clesr violation of ADA regulations. The breakfast foods were often cold and pretty bland. Id recommend having breakfast cooking in your own room. Otherwise its a decent roomy place to stay, very clean and the grounds are very nice

Pro’s : price was fair, staff was friendly, nice heated pool, room was big. Cons: floor was dirty needed mopped. Sand/dirt in bed sheets. Only one small trash can. Toilet paper was really thin.

Disgusting Room!
Rich, the hotel front desk attendant, was amazing, patient and handled all of my check-in issues without fail..She definitely gets a 5 star rating in my boom! The issues comes with the room..Dirty walls, trash behind the tv/tv stand, dirty bathroom and roaches...killed 3, sticky floor. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Cleaning staff definitely hadn't done their due dilligence. Disappointed with what could be a gem.

I really liked the room and the outside area. It was like staying in a studio apartment!! Only complaint would be that the FAN was extremely loud. I would stay here again

Nice facility. Staff were great. Food okay but very basic. Well lite parking and felt secure. Liked alert if you left door ajar. Parking right next to room exit; very convenient and easy to load/unload.

Good weekend at Pensacola
The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The sofa bed mattress was nothing but springs, so the person sleeping there put the couch cushions doen on top befoee the sheets to sleep on. The main bed mattress was very firm. Had good choices for the breakfast.

Everytime we stay in pensacola sure stay is where we love to stay everyone has there own space its really nice and clean and its right by everything shopping eating and just 15 mins away from the beach love it and highly recommended

All in all for the price it wasn't a bad property to stay at. It was right off the interstate so it was easy to access. The room was clean but the floor was really soft. (I believe it had rolled vinyl over carpet). the counter top was broken in the kitchen and the Handle for the hot water was broken in the bathroom. Breakfast was decent and the staff was amazing, freindly, and helpful!

Front desk guy was very friendly and professional, room was spacious and a little worn but an excellent bang for your buck. Very cute outside with lights on the trees, great outdoor seating area, nice pool. Quick access to I-10.

Great place but they need to spray for bugs
Everything was great, staff was friendly and helpful, not in the greatest neighborhood but they had lots of security cameras and nights were lit up like day time even in the parking lot. Complimentary hot breakfast was also great. My only complaint is that they need to spray for bugs, lots of roaches were coming from crevices since it is an older place especially where there are kitchens in the rooms.
