Excellent and efficient front desk check in and out. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. Arrived very late from airport. Have stated before. Will stay here again.

The location of this property is perfect for those early morning flights. Right across the street from the airport. However, this hotel needs a series face lift. Poor lighting and brown carpet gives the impression that it is dirty. Although my bathroom looked clean, the floor was sticky and my room smelled weird. Almost like an ionizer that they were using to try to cover up another smell. Very poor lighting in the room as well. I would most likely not stay here again.

The staff was great and the location was very convenient. Only issue was the lack of hot breakfast items available.

The staff at this property were terrific, very friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle to and from the airport was really responsive. The room and property were both clean and well-kept.

Close to airport so convenient when flights get cancelled however, no access to wiifii unless you join Hilton rewards, tv has no internet access to Netflix/ prime or Disney Plus- very poor in that respect. One bath towel was covered in black stains, and walkable dining options have no price ratings so hit and miss when encountered with severe weather. They do offer on demand shuttle to airport which is very convenient.

I was given a dirty room. There were someone else’s underwear left in the bathroom. I don’t understand how housekeeping didn’t saw them when they cleaned the room and got it ready for the next person. Housekeeping never come in to my room for anything even when requested to do so.

Very nice appearance and staff. The room overall was clean, but with a little more care it could have been perfect. The tub looked as if it was cleaned in a hurry, leaving behind stray hairs. There was a popcicle stick in the a/c vent that still had popcicle on one end.

The manager -- I believe her name was Jordan -- was very helpful,, friendly, and offered terrific recommendations for local restaurants. Location is super convenient to the airport, and very quiet.

I got to check in early when I showed up, which was a good thing. The blinds in my room wouldn’t work electronically so they immediately changed it. The staff was super accommodating. The person on the desk was Erica the maintenance fan was Robert people very good employees to have running your business.

1. Was allowed early check in by a friendly desk clerk at no additional charge. 2. Was coming in a side door with my luggage and a maintenance man dropped what he was doing and hustled to get the door for me and saved me having to put everything down and get out my key card. 3 The room was clean and comfortable with a good sleeping bed! 4. Had many neat amenities in addition to the usual ones, pool, health club, etc. had an airport check in with monitor for live flight info, an room with lots of info on local things to do and much more. 5. Had a great free breakfast with omelets, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereals, juices, fruit, coffee and more. 6. Check out was automated and easy.

Convenient with parking for extended time. Bed was horrible, a sagging heap of springs! It smelled like a dog had slept on it. It squeaked when trying to turn, the pillows were old. Time for an overhaul!
