“Paris La Quinta”

Very nice place, great breakfast. Only problem was the AC would beep about every two hours all night and it would wake me up. Sounded like a smopke alarm.

“A bad start for a new business”

Good items: Comfortable beds, secure room, TV, bathroom facilities, complimentary breakfast, HVAC, parking, pool Bad items: Major turnover in cleaning and support staff, very poor communication between front desk and maintenance staff, poor familiarity of front desk with the area, problems with lights, fitness room equipment not maintained properly
