I felt very safe and welcomed here. There is a security team 24/7 and they were willing to help anytime. Same with the staff, willing to help the best they could. I felt welcomed! As a single traveling female, these things were important to me

for the price too expensive without breakfast. spacious, quiet so far. the swimming pool is relaxing, beach front i think if we are yuppies we will enjoy the convenience. honest review expensive but u will get what u pay for clean, no bed bugs, fast check in, beach front, accessible to shops and restaurants.

When you stay at a Resort you want to have live entertainment every night. That didn't happen. The food was good but, it was a little too expensive. There isn't any two people that can eat 110$ worth for Breakfast. Very expensive. Other than that is was good

Overall it was a good experience but the rooms did not get cleaned. They only took out the trash in the bathroom and by the door, and replaced the towels. Of course there was sand in the room from us going to the beach but we didn't make an issue out of it. And I wish I would have known that we had to be on the 1st floor because we selected a room with bunk beds, the view was horrible and they were doing construction right outside the window. As far as food we only had pizza which was good and the chicken tenders on the kids menu were decent as well. I would recommend!

I didn't like waking up to a cockroach in my room and when I told the front desk they just blew it off. I have a picture of it and it wasn't a small one. The breakfast was very expensive and The resort fee was expensive and wasn't disclosed when I booked the room. Wasn't expecting an additional charge of $144.

Staff was amazing. Last time we stayed there was a shuttle to the parking lot. Disappointed that this service was not available as my husband has health conditions.

We went on first week of April and the heated pool was so comfortable. The resort is oceanfront and lots to do. Polynesian fire and dance was so awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This was our second time staying at this property. This time, the staff was so busy, they just couldn’t be bothered to be friendly. They were not mean or rude, just dismissive. The rooms were tidy, but there was some mold in the bathroom. A lot of things just seemed unkept. We were disappointed to see a lot of things that needed updating last year were the same this year. Nice convenient location. Great beach, very clean. Pool is actually heated, which was great! They give you towels at the pool. Not too many children’s activities and the ones that were scheduled were very short in duration. We wanted to take part in the bonfire one night and asked for the cost of a s’mores kit - $15! For a pack of $12 (you could sit at the fire without a kit). Overall, it was a nice stay, just small details that made it less pleasant.

I thought the staff was rude and didn’t use common sense. I had two guests meet me at the outside bar and the bartender refuse to give them water because they didn’t have a wristband. I tried calling the front desk to get them wristbands but nobody could help and the manager was apparently too busy. The bartender said he didn’t have a phone to call the front desk either. Really?? We are happy to go somewhere else that was happy to serve us.

I would recommend staying at this place. The pool is perfectly heated, they have different options of pools. And the beach access was perfect and the beach was perfect. The entertainment and the restaurants were good as well. The food around the area was amazing. If we come back we would definitely be staying here again.
