Special Check-In Instructions

One person in the room must be at least 18. Guests under 18 must turn in a minor consent form at check-in. Guests must contact the hotel prior to arrival to request the form, which is collected at check-in and must be notarized by a parent or guardian. Minors will not be allowed to check in without this form. Guests can contact the hotel using the number on the booking confirmation email for more information.
Guests under 18 not traveling with parents or guardians are considered adults. Extra-person charges apply beginning with the third guest/room.
A cash security deposit ($200-$300) is required for all guests during spring break and for guests under 25 during other times of the year ($200 for 1-4 guests, $250 for 5 guests, and $300 for 6 guests). The deposit is returned to guests by mail within 14 days if room passes inspection.
