"It was very difficult to find from Setubal and if they’d given better directions from highway it would have saved us 3 hours of stress trying to locate it via several passer-by people most had no English, so language difficulties occurred. We did not have Satnav in hire car and phones no use as English ones that only good for photos or on WiFi. Apart from that it was a very nice hotel and staff spoke English and very friendly. "Will definitely stay at Epic SANA again if I ever go back to Lisbon. The staff were helpful and friendly. Francisco helped us upgraded our room, we had an amazing birthday trip. the hotel greeted us with a bottle of champagne and fruit. Supermarket is about 5 min walk. Sound proof is very good. Modern design. Everything’s clean. "
