It did what it needed to do for us. A few minor things, I had to wash the extra linens for the pull out as the comforter was on the floor in the closet and had visible food on it. The pillow cases smelled used as well. We just washed all the linens that evening just in case. Had there not been a washer and dryer, I probably would have said something. We did have a bit of an ant issue but being it was so rainy and being cottage country, it was not a huge deal. We messaged the property staff and they sent someone very quickly. There were a few other small things, nothing that couldn’t be remedied easily. All in all, it was fine. It worked for our family of 6 and a dog.

My family got two separate stays at the Rivergrass. Both units were clean and we were very pleased with the layout. We had laundry, a full kitchen and so much room for the kids to also have their own space. We would definitely go back and we highly recommend. Also, the communication was superfast! :)
