"Room was really good and comfortable. Overlooked car park. Excellent bath/shower room. Didnt have evening meal as hotel had hen or stag party booked in. Also as I have limited appetite choice was restricted. Overall would certainly recommend staying here also dog friendly so daughters family could bring their dog and all atebrsakfast together"

"The Old Coach House is absolutely excellent. Our room was spacious, had everything we could want and all of a very high quality. It was warm, comfy and looked great too, with huge original wooden beams, large luxurious armchairs and tasteful decor. The breakfasts were super too; lots of choice and tasty fresh fruit like berries or pineapple and choice of juices. Home made granola pots featured if you wanted a luxury treat. "This is the second time we have had a fabulous weekend staying at Plumpton Court. A superb B&B based in the village of Nawton, located between Helmsley and Pickering. In the village there is a good pub called The Rose and Crown offering a good selection of food and drinks, including Sunday lunches. No food served on Monday and Tuesday. "Colton Loft was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that one would wish, situated in a beautiful quiet village with the helpful host living just next door. The 3 local pubs Plum and Partridge, Carlton Inn and the Fauconberg were all very good. Exploring York was also easy with the use of the excellent Rawcliff Bar park and ride."
