“Club Room Is Worth The Expenditure and Always Pleasant”

I have been to many RC Club Rooms over the years, and the Osaka property is at the TOP OF THE LIST. Great Food & Drink! Great Staff! Very Low Key Staff Intervention - Just Professionalism and Courtesy

“Good location and good service”

Great service. Good convenient location - very near Metro station and Airport Limousine Service. There are a couple of big malls within walking distance via the underground tunnels that link the metro stations. Tunnels take you right below the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable with nice toilets. Only minus point is that you need to pay for internet usage. If you don't have a laptop, you will need to arrrange for one (for a fee). There wasn't any common area with PCs for internet access, at least not that we were aware of. This is the only hassle.

“Excellent Service and room”

My boy friend and I loved staying at the Ritz Carlton Osaka. It was freezing cold outside and as soon as we walked into the hotel, the wooden walls and fireplace next to the reception area gave us a very warm and cozy feeling. The staff were very friendly and polite who speaks reasonable English. The room was clean and the size is pretty big for Japanese hotel standards. The room also consists of marble tiled bathroom with double size and separate toilet.

“It's Perfect.”

Our stay was amazing, the hotel is perfect there is no other place I would rather stay in Osaka. Located a few blocks from the main train station we were able to get around Osaka without a problem.

“Best in town”

While the hotel is not quite up to the stanards of a Tokyo Five Star hotel, I had a great stay and the Ritz Carlton Osaka is without a doubt the best choice in Osaka. The food is fantastic, and the service for the most part was very good. The rooms are very comfortable and offer good views. I do not think I would pay a large prmium over the Hilton or Westin to stay at this hotel, but since its rates are often very reasonable I feel that it is an exceptional value.
