The mattresses are worn and too soft - it appears they are 2 singles put together to make a double. I did contact the number provided to complain and was offered a visit to come and see how it could be resolved. "The place is absolutely stunning and we loved the secret door in particular. The fact there was some basic provisions when we arrived was super. The size of the apartment was much bigger than expected, and the decor, although a bit dated was in keeping with the property. The local village was quaint and we enjoyed a meal and drinks at the local pub one night."

"Absolutely beautiful property. The pictures and the outside don’t do the property justice. The interior is tastefully decorated and very spacious. The grounds are well kept. The views of the lake are amazing and you get duel aspect from the massive living room. The best part is the lakes and boats are steps away from the apartment. "I simply cannot begin to say enough positive things about this location. It is immaculate clean, and includes everything you could possibly need or want. We had the most relaxing overnight stay and had not a need or want in the world while there. If you were ever in the area of penrith, you simply cannot do better than to stay at this location. "The flat was wonderful - modern, efficient, well appointed. Private parking was an added bonus in such a busy village. A full-size eat-in kitchen along with two ensuite bedrooms was a great luxury. And on the rainy days, we played the games and put together the provided puzzles. I would definitely stay here again."

"Check in was very smooth and friendly. Room was spacious with lovely views from the balcony. Spa/gym facilities were amazing and made the stay that little more enjoyable.
