Stayed here after i arrived at the airport and then got a car to the cruise port the next day. Then our flight was early the day after we got off the boat and we liked it so much we stayed again. Huge rooms and such nice staff!

Property is older than it looked in the pictures. The air conditioner was not working well. The system was frozen and leaking. Maintenance came quickly but only put towels on the floor and said the hotel was full. The room was ok for cleanliness but could use a deep clean. Definitely not worth the $250 I spent for 1 night.

Echoing sentiments shared by other reviewers, the hotel could benefit from some updates. Nevertheless, it remains a pleasant accommodation overall. The staff is notably friendly, and the breakfast options are satisfactory. Just be mindful that parking on the property is not complimentary and is priced at $15 per day.

Clean, comfortable room. One small bit of advice - cleaning products leave a very strong smell in the room. For people like myself who have fragrance allergies it was a little uncomfortable.

Galinda was outstanding! We've been away 2.5 weeks, multiple hotels/airbnb’s. Galinda made our final night and day SO much easier! Late checkout, stowed bags. Wonderful attention to detail and cared about guests!

We experienced both great and not so great customer service from the front desk. Check in was hectic and the clerk did not understand wanting to split the bill for the room between our party. But then we experienced some of the Best service ever from,Nuj, she was so friendly and professional even with the phones ringing. Took time to notice that our check out time was before the breakfast service and offered to have a breakfast bag ready for our shuttle to the airport at 4 am the next day. What a wonderful surprise! .

We got off the cruise ship at 8:30 in the morning and we’re at the hotel by about 9:15 AM but obviously could not check in until 3 PM. We were greeted and invited to have breakfast, use the pool and our room was actually ready by 10 AM! The girl at the front desk was in training and was exceptional

We stayed in this hotel simply for our last night before flying home and we wanted to be near the airport. Our night of sleep was absolutely terrible. The beds are hard and the pillows are flat as a pancake. Really disappointed with the uncomfortable sleeping situation. There are tons of hotels in this same area. Stay somewhere else.

Our layover flight was cancelled so we only needed a room for the night so we chose Springhill Suites because it had complementary support shuttle and breakfast. Once we retrieved our baggage from the airport we called the hotel to request the shuttle but Everytime we called they would pick up and immediately place us on hold. I waited on hold for 15 minutes. My wife, a friend and I all were calling the hotel and Everytime they would immediately place us on hold. We finally gave up after 30 minutes and 20 calls and got an Uber so now we are out another $20. We got to the hotel 20 minutes after our last call to the hotel and there wasn’t a single guest in the lobby. The receptionist said they had a lot of people before we got there and we told them that they should at least acknowledge the phone call and not just place us on hold. She didn’t seem to care too much. My family travels a lot and we almost always stay at Marriott properties but this was a total fail!

Air con needs repair
Generally good, but room had the noisest air conditioning ever. Couldn't hear the tv when it was on. Couldn't be bothered saying something as I was only staying one night and had an early departure. Staff were great and courteous. Also no grab and go breakfast.

Airport shuttle full for departure
Stayed here for an overnight layover and was counting on the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. When checking in at 9:45 pm I was told the shuttle was full and had to pay for an Uber. The 24 hour shuttle was the main reason for staying at this hotel. There was no attempt to help us get to the airport at 3:30 am. Also driver was recklessly driving on the way to the hotel that I was getting car sick. UNSAFE AND FRUSTRATING
