“Good service attention for late arrival!”

Scheduled flight with a midnight arrival, no dinner opportunity and additional 1.5 hour delay at rental car counter made for a very late arrival at the hotel. Staff was very expediant with check-in and helpful in pointing out high-protein snack packs available for purchase and acquiring individual serving sized milk from the complimentary breakfast inventories (at no charge) to carry us over until their service time. Hotel was quiet in spite of being within 2 miles of the airport - great nights rest before heading on to our destination after a good nights sleep.

“Exceeded Expectations”

This is a basic ammenities hotel (no bar, restaurant, swimming pool etc) but it is fairly new so has a fresh, clean feel about it. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.They do not have a restaurant but there are several just outside the car park area, all of a good standard. There is complimentary continental breakfast available as help yourself just off the main lobby area, but we didn't have any because of having to be at the airport at 4am. The room had a safe and coffee making which were a bonus, a king size bed and clean new bed linens. There was a sitting area with chairs, sofa bed couch and tv as well as free wifi. The reception desk was manned 24hrs and the hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport which took about 8 mins. Would definitely stay there again.

“Excellent hotel friendly staff”

Close to the airport after a transatlantic flight, helpful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Location by a lake, restaraunts nearby. Altogether a very good experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Area recommendations

Did not stay in Orlando, we were en route to Pensacola to see family. Visited a few places en route: Homosassa (great boating location) Really liked Monticello (interesting old town with a culture trail) and then on the return trip took a lunchtime visit to Madison, excellent bookshop there, interesting buildings and history, and then nearer to Orlando spent an afternoon at the Stephen Foster Folk Culture centre State park on the Suwannee River, really well worth a visit, great location and history, exhibits, hiking, shops, information.

“Best hotel ever stayed!”

Perfect service, nice staffs. breakfast buffet was good. There are some good restaurant nearby. Close to walmart supercenter. Easy to get to Disney and Universal Studio.

“Sleeper Sofa Mattress Woes”

Our experience was what was expected from a Marriott hotel. The hotel provided shuttle service from and to the airport without any issues. This was extremely important to me considing there was 5 in my party. The location was very close to the airport and within walking distance to numerous resturants. The free breakfast was plentyful and convienient. My only gripe is with the mattress in the pull out couch, which my 17 yr old 6 ft, 200 lb son lost the coin toss and had to sleep on.

“Good value and conveniently located by the Orland airport”

Desk staff was pleasant. Check-in and out were done efficiently. Stayed there twice in a week, one night each stay. First stay we had a slightly larger room - and nicer layout and larger bathroom with walk-in shower (vs. tub). So we were spoiled after the first stay. Buffet breakfast was very nice and convenient. We liked that we could walk to several restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel. Overall, a good value. Would definitely stay there again.

“Nice hotel near airport”

I needed a hotel relatively close to the airport for an early flight with kids. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is a 5 minute drive straight down the street to the airport. The rooms were nice. A little on the small side compared to some suites but the room had all amenities. Very nice work-out room with free-weights. Breakfast was ample, varied, and better than most hotel breakfasts. There is an excellent chinese restaurant as well as other restaurants in the complex our front so there is numerous options for food within walking distance. Staff was friendly and the rooms and the hotel were clean. If I was going to Disney or other resort areas, there may be better options in terms of value and convenience but for those wanting to be near the airport, I'd recommend it.

“Very nice hotel with breakfast included”

I tarvel almost eveyr week and don't remember this hotel too much, which is good news and means they have done a perfect job. Usually, the ones to remember are not the best ones (like The Shores resort and Spa in Daytona beach next night). Very close to airport, convenient to get in, quiet, nice breakfast, good value for money.
