Our holiday villa is located on the land side of La Zenia, in a very beautiful, well-kept complex, directly on a wonderful large pool area. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance. It is 8 minutes by car to the beaches and 6 minutes by car to the shopping paradise "La Zenia Boulevard". You can expect a holiday villa over three floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a shower room, a living area with integrated pantry kitchen and a beautiful small garden.
On the top floor there is a bedroom and a shower room. The bedroom leads directly to a spacious, secluded sun terrace. The middle floor with main entrance, living area, dining area and kitchenette has a corner terrace with a view of the pool area. On the lower floor there is another full bath, shower room and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a direct exit to the small garden with a garden terrace, lemon tree, orange tree and flowering shrubs.
You can use a safe for valuables, a washing machine and free WiFi. Our villa offers all advantages for beach vacationers, shopping fans or just to relax by the pool. For golfers there are 3 beautiful and well-maintained courses in the immediate vicinity.
