"Overall, we loved the hotel, great location downtown. The hotel is actually made up of two separate buildings in close proximity to each other. We were in the second building. The main issue was the fact that you have to walk up a full flight of stairs to access the elevator. This could be very troublesome for people with heavy luggage or with accessibility issues. But the staff at check-in were very friendly and helped us with our bags to the elevator, and again when we checked out. We booked...

"Why would you stay anywhere else. These people are well versed in the art of hospitality. It was an extended stay, a solo trip for business and pleasure so I needed a place that was conveniently located and where my belongings will be safe while I was away in short trips to neighboring cities and towns. "The location was a little off the beaten path but the staff and hotel made up for it. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent. The rooftop bar had a laid-back atmosphere but the staff and bartenders were excellent. We had a single room that was great but would think that rooms with the bunk beds would be a little crowded. "This property is really nice and has a fresh modern look. However, at check in the staff lady cris was not so friendly with our request for early check in which had been told to them a few days before and also for two separate beds - the requests were put in and paid for this specific room already a few days in advance but she acted like they were completely oblivious to it. Their check in is at 4pm which is unusual. The phone on the room did not work at all even though they came to fix it...
