"Located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro the property and grounds, pool etc are kept in good condition. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine etc and AC. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A hire car is useful but Carvoeiro is walkable, but the the return walk is uphill and very steep in places. Cars can be hired through the hotel and the rate we got was better than going direct to the bigger companies. We would definitely return here if we go back to this area....

The location was a little bit away from the main town but was reachable by taxi in 10 mins. I felt safe as it was gated. . "

"Great flat, everything in full working order, no oven or washing machine in the flat so if that's important probably avoid, also the area is not amazing, a bit dodgy looking - the restaurants we wanted to go to were closed between 2 and 6pm. The beach is great though which is the reason we decided to stay here."

"3 days in the apartment was quite enjoyable. Sorry the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the very nice pools and rooftop terrace. We made one walk down to the Benagil beach and up the other side to the O'Garve restaurant which was excellent. Ohterwise used the well equipped apartment kitchen for meals."

"We arrived a little after 6 pm. Their office was closed. Dragged luggage over cobblestones but was unable to connect with them through phone or texting. Finally rented accommodations at another hotel. Would expect a refund and an apology. "
