"Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . "It was very loud in my room. I could hear my neighbours staying in other rooms, from each side and from top. I had difficulty sleeping, I could even hear loud neighbours through ear plugs.
