"Very nice hotel, pleasantly surprised. Two minor things, pub closed at 9:30 and when I tried to turn on the TV in the morning we could only get Sportsnet news (tried everything. Remote worked but wouldn't change the channel or bring up the guide). There is a pool, hot tub, pub (as mentioned above) and Smitty's for breakfast."

"Beautifully maintained hotel with great pool area for families. Only short coming was when we called the front desk to request a late check out they said they couldn’t do it. Moments later we logged in to their app to request it via that option. Within moments the AI Bot confirmed they would be happy to accommodate a late check out. Not sure how the app could accommodate us better than the in-person employee working the front desk? It worked out but suggest Delta align their in person service to what they provide via their app. This was a time waster - should have gone to the app first I guess…who knew?! "

A particular shoutout to Maybelle, who promptly resolved a drainage issue in our room with her expertise, professionalism, and outstanding attitude. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with everything looking and feeling brand new. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a variety of vegetarian options and freshly prepared oatmeal (not from packets!). And, a bonus for adults, the hot tub was available until 11pm - the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We're already looking forward to our next visit!"
