"A beautiful building with well-maintained amenities. The attached restaurant served a fantastic lunch and dinner and a nice breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the sound carrying between rooms. Located right in the heart of old town Krakow, it’s close to the main train station, a number of historical sites, restaurants and bars, and tourist attractions."

"Olga at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I would stay here again for the convenience to the Old Town. Only disadvantage was no parking available. We parked in a 24 hour lot approximately a 20 minute walk from the hotel."
