“great location”

we stayed at trhis hotel as we were going to the capital fm arena, was in very good location to this.. hotel reception bar area lovely, clean and friendly staff. we did no eat here so cant review the food. Rooms were ok apart from everytime you got onto the bed it moved away from the wall and you had to keep pushing it back, had everything you needed in room.

“great hotel”

stayed for the nottingham marathon - convenient for the trainstation and the marathon start. staff very friendly and helpful - allowed me late check out so i could get a shower after the run and were really helpful in printing a document for me. would highly recommend

“Convenient, clean and convivial”

If you are looking for a good value hotel in Nottingham, Jury's Inn is to be recommended. Whilst not a 5-star, it's perfectly comfortable, well situated (short walk from the train station) and the staff are helpful.

Area recommendations

The Lace Market - it's been turned into an area with good shops and restaurants to become the heart of the city.

Dining

Try the Iberico tapas restaurant - food was exceptionally good with some unusual combinations. Great to share with colleagues or friends, and not over-priced.

“Value for Money in the Heart of Nottingham”

Well-lit, comfy airy rooms with comfortable beds. Pleasant Bar/Restaurant are which serves a good buffet breakfast. Professional staff in a location that is close to the City Centre and 5 mins walk from the Railway Station. Downsides would be the lack of on-site parking - there is a facility which charges £7 for an overnight stop about 200m from reception - and the decor in the corridor and rooms is based on watered down cream emulsion which you forget about within 2/3 minutes of arriving. Good Value

“Good Standard Hotel”

Staff very helpfull and efficient, Room Good Clean and very adequate for the price. Beds comfortable. Thought we might have had a disturbed nights sleep due to the amount of stag & Hen parties that were there but nothing heard at all. Would stay again.

“modern and basic”

A nice modern hotel that does everything it's supposed to. The bath is veryshallow and the hotel room was basic but clean. What I wasn't ready for was the opening the curtains to find myself facing a floor full of ladies working at computers about 30ft away. I'm sure they're sued to it but I wasn't. It's also quite a treck into town from this hotel. About 5 min from the railway but a good 10/15 from the centre of the town.

Area recommendations

The centre of Nottingham has improved greatly over the past few years. Some great restaurants and places to visit.

“Pleasant night's stay”

Went to stay at this hotel just for the night as to be close to Wollation Hall. The hotel beds were comfortable, and my wife and I had a good night's rest. The booking did not include breakfast, but we got this separately. If you're a fan of the fry-up breakfast and general other breakfast sundries like cereal then you'll like the buffet which for us was satisfactory. Would stay here again. Final note. The hotel does not have parking on-site but across the way is a car parking facility which offers 24hr car parking.

As this is reasonably located, you're close to the mainline railway station.

“A great budget hotel”

Very good value for money. I particularly enjoyed the close proximity to both the town centre and, more importantly, Hooters of Nottingham (just round the corner)!

“Excellent Value for Money”

Within the same price category as other budget hotels such as Travelodge, this hotel offers excellent value for money - with additional extras available such a food and a bar on site. Good location, within walking distance of Nottingham Railway Station, Trent Bridge so both football teams and the cricket. Not a bad walk from the city centre and all the shops either. Pity no car parking though!
