"I'm not sure how verbo is letting them stay in business. I should have trusted the previous comment that says the area is ghetto is very true. You will see several young ages smoking marijuana in the area. First day we got there around 7:30 and the room was not ready then we had to wait for pin and then the pin doesn't work. "What was right- Reception at arrival was friendly and helpful. What was wrong-A pet fee and a pet sanitation were charged but not disclosed prior on the website during reservation. I booked early to secure a better rated unit and we were place in a unit that smelled like human urine. The entry lock had more buttons missing than there. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The ice maker did not have a tray to capture the ice being make. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. Where you see 1 cockroach...

"This place is a 2 only because it is rundown. and falling apart. There were 2 large piles of dog feces at our front door and beer cans strewn all over the area. In addition to the ridiculous price I then see charge from you for your fee. Please visit the place before renting again."
