"Excellent location. Close to city, Tigers ground and theatre. Professional welcome on reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. Heating instructions were useful. Bathroom was very spacious with lovely shower and toiletries. Bar area was welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with extra cooked options. All staff were friendly. A great rugby stay at a value for money rate. We will definitely return next season. "

"We had a two night weekend stay in what is a great hotel in MK with friendly staff and the roof top restaurant / lounge bar is an excellent feature. Stayed in a Signature Plus room which was good value for money and enjoyed the views etc. Would definitely stay again."

"I would recommend this property for a short stay. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is great, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice with high quality toiletries provided. The leisure facilities are very good with a large pool and gym plus a steam room and sauna. Many of the people using the facilities were not staying in the hotel and it was quite busy at times. "Everything was good except for the service. The reception staff does not speak well to the customer, they answer questions sharply and with expressions on their faces as if they are not happy to have customers there. The staff talk to customers as if they are of too high status and we are there for free. I travel a lot for work and I try to stay in hotels that relax me but the customer service at this hotel forever scared me away from returning."
