"We stayed in the sub penthouse level 49 for 5 nights. Four adults and two pre teens. First of all, the views are incredible!!!. It blows you away. We had a few issues with old or broken items in the apartment and the carpet wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but I got in touch with the staff at Wow and they were more than helpful. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. "On arrival was informed I had an upgraded larger room with a pool and sea view. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities including an electric cooker, kettle and microwave. The free underground car park was great with plenty of room. Reception and maintenance staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Having a TV with all the Foxtel channels was a great bonus.
