"Lovely little guest house and the hosts were really kind, attentive and helpful. We stayed in double ensuite room (Room 5) which had stunning views of Clodgy Point, Porthmeor Beach and the armchairs helped soak in the views every morning and evening during our stay. Also couldn't fault the breakfast which was an added bonus. Looking forward to my stay."

"We only stayed one night but had a wonderful room with a panoramic views of St Ives. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were aware beforehand that there was no onsite parking and the only downside was finding the hotel. Although there is a post code it doesn't help. You need to park in the station car park. The hotel is then found down a flight of steps."

"Great location, good room, nice staff. Location - incredible. The beach is a 5 minute walk, there’s a gorgeous cafe on the way (SeaSpray). Pentire point, Fistral Beach Bar, The Stable (pizza) are all a 15/20 minute walk. Then the centre of the town is 30mins ish. Room - 8/10, the overall room was great but there were a few small details that stopped it being a 10/10, like the remote was dirty, the TV was old, the shower pressure was naff, the fridge didn’t turn on and the bathroom window...

"Truly an incredible spot and a great hotel to have there. Our room had fantastic views over the lighthouse. Being winter there wasn’t anyone other than the hotel & restaurant but there also wasn’t anybody around either. The hotel is in great condition, staff are friendly and helpful. The cliff top track is an awesome walk. Highly recommended "
