"Stay here everytime we come to Austin. Like the hotel, clean, great service (Thank you to friendly Jackie, Ada and Kam-- super nice ladies. The room this time was clean, but it was very humid. Usually rooms are very comfortable. The ladies in the front tried to change my room, but hotel was full. Cookies are always awesome. Food after midnight was great!!!! "

"Austin is not a city where I am particularly comfortable, but I have to visit a few times a year for business. That said, Embassy Suites was the best hotel experience I’ve had in Austin so far. Parking is a reasonable fee (for the area), and the hotel is comfortable with a nice atmosphere and better than expected breakfast. That part of town is a bit rough, but the hotel grounds were very well maintained, clean, and safe. The kids loved the indoor pool. "

"The property is in bad shape. When we arrived, I wasn't impressed by the condition. Early the next morning the toilet backed up. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. So I walked down in my pajamas to alert them, it was 7:30, and the response was that the maintenance man doesn't come in till 9:00. She didn't have the key to the common ladies room, but rest assured I could use the common men's room and just then a gentlemen walked up and handed me the key. yuk. My friend and I...
