“To be avoided at all costs”

I am afraid that this hotel lives up to the poor reviews it receives on other well known travel websites. It is poor in a bad part of time deserving of 1 star and not 3. They are only out to take your money and have no interest in being either flexible or of service. Stay somewhere esle. ANYWHERE else.

Area recommendations
Stay by the airport in the Cap 3000 region. It has well-priced, comfortable hotels, a bus station, an SNCF station, a commercial shopping centre, its own little promenade with excellent restaurants and an inspiring view of the mountains to the north and the Cote d'Azure from the South, Out of the main Nice city but within easy striking distance with a bracing walk, a pleasant bike ride, a One Euro bus ride or an over-priced taxi journey. Oh, and it is near the airport. Handy.
When to go
It was a fabulous place to be on New Year's Eve. Mild weather, blue skies and a Winter Fayre in the Old Town. Watching the fireworks from the beach over Antibes and Cannes was fabulous.
Getting around
It is ONE EURO on every bus and tram. Boris Johnson, take note!
Shopping
The Cap 3000 shopping centre is GREAT right next to the bus station.

“hotel sportmen”

loin du centre de nice et difficile à trouver, les rues étant en sens unique coupées par le tram d'autre part j'avais réservé un parking, c'est pour ça que j'avais choisi cet hotel et en arrivant je n'en avais pas trop cher pour la prestation, mais c'est nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! et bruyant
