When we arrived to the hotel we were greeting by the front desk and were allowed to check in early. The young lady (Ashley?) was very helpful in giving us some pointers about our visit to Niagara Falls park and was very nice answering my questions. When we arrived at our room, it was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were immaculate and very comfortable. The room size was perfect for my husband and I. The bathroom was roomy and very clean. Breakfast the next morning was great and had a good variety: scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, muffins, warm cinnamon buns, fruit, yogurt, milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, tea...even biscuits and gravy! The eating area was clean and the attendant kept everything well stocked. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend it. It was worth paying a bit more and you certainly get what you pay for. The only reason I didn't give the facilities a 5 is that it has a small pool that I would have liked to use, but the water had so much chlorine that it hurt my eyes as I stood near the pool. Otherwise, excellent place. Not too far from the falls, and very close to the airport, yet noise was not an issue at all.
My son and I spent a Saturday night at the Best Western Niagara Falls NY in Sept. The outside of the hotel looked very nice but when we walked into the lobby it looked old and dated so we were a little leary to enter our room but were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and tastefully decorated room. The sink in the bathroom looked like granite. We were very happy with the room. The beds were high and a little on the hard side but we really enjoyed the room. The girl on the desk when we arrived was not overly friendly but she may have just been shy. They have a huge breakfast area and nice breakfast selection (eggs, sausage, waffles etc) that is included with the price. We would go back again!
We wanted to look for a place to spend two nights in Niagara and came across this hotel. We gave it a try despite many negative reviews. It ended up great for us. The room is comfortable, neither too spacious nor too tiny. There was hot water in the bathroom. The Wifi worked great and fast. If you just need a decent place to stay then this hotel is a great bang a buck. If you prefer more premium quality, you may need to look somewhere else.
Rooms were clean and could smell the clean sheets and towels. New tv and bar fridge in room. Hallway was a little smelly and small pool. Very close to outlet mall. Overall, was very happy with this hotel.
