The staff was very helpful when our reservation was for the wrong days. Not only did they get a room a day early but moved all of our stuff to the room we had booked the next day.

Pulled up and parking lot was full of garbage. That should have been my first clue, but I blamed it on lazy guests who couldn’t be bothered to find a garbage can. Later, while cleaning out my own vehicle, I realized there was no garbage can outside the front door. I don’t know that in the thousands of hotels I’ve stayed at - I’ve ever been at a hotel that didn’t have a garbage at the front entrance?? After checking in discovered the bleep hole that was our room. Air conditioning unit was covered in mold. Floor had hair and “stuff” everywhere. Bedding had women’s long hair stuck to it. Some blue substance (toothpaste?) was on bathroom wall. It was fairly obvious and not inconspicuous - should have been cleaned up. Paid a pretty penny for this hotel & the only nice thing I can say is the beds were comfortable. Will never stay here again. Would not recommend.

The staff here are extremely helpful and kind. We would stay here again simply for that reason. The bed was very comfortable and nice large screen TV with endless viewing choices. Hotel itself is a little tired looking inside but we would stay here again for all of thd reasons listed above.
