"It was a brilliant stay, the young lad behind the bar who worked in the evenings, we stayed Friday Saturday Sunday and he was there every night was brilliant, so polite and well mannered and very attentive. Only problem was the WI-FI it didn’t work in the rooms very well at all. "

"We booked a two night stay for a business event. We were welconed to the hotel by a friendly young lady at around 7pm. I asked where the female toilets were and she directed me. When we got to our room on the first floor 184, we found a cosy room not too bright and with a view looking toward the International Centre where we were headed the next morning. We had plenty of room with an ironing board, iron, along with a trouser press. Tea and coffee facilities however there were only 4 little pots of milk, although i have found this to be the same in most hotels. Ideally I'd like more milk and more coffee sachets. The bed was really comfy and the curtains were blackout, ive stayed in lots of hotels but for comfort this has overtaken them all. The bathroom along with shower was fabulous and water hot. I will definitively book this hotel again."
