The staff at the reception were very friendly. But the room was not in good condition. The toilet inside the room was very dirty and smelly - I had never encountered something like this before. We all avoided to use the bathroom when we stayed there. The breakfast was included in the rate but the buffet was very satisfactory either.

Great price and a very cozy room. A bit more space for luggage would have been great but aside from that it was a great experience. From the staff to the location to the room itself.

Hotel was fine. Area around it at night was populated by guys standing around waiting to go into (I assume) strip clubs - so not so nice to walk through when returning to hotel at night with a young family

Stay somewhere else
Room issued above smoking area so it smelled heavily of smoke. Bath smelled heavily of mold and dust. I don't recommend this hotel for families or anyone with allergies.

Best Value Room Ever!
American in Japan on vacation. We knew it was a small room, but this was the best "small" room I've ever stayed in. Immaculately clean and efficient! Also, very modern. If you are in Nagoya, THIS is the best value type room you could ask for.

The towel in the bathroom was quite dirty Because I found stained masks. But, Overall, everything was fine. Near the Family mart and 7-11. Suggestion Sakae Station (Yellow line) Exit 1 is easy to find Hotel.

I had booked 2 rooms at this hotel as our previously booked hotel room only had 2 twin beds for the 4 of us. Unfortunatley due to the Typhoon our plans to travel to Nagoya were delayed and we were stuck in Hiroshima and therefore cancelled our reservation. The staff have been wonderful to deal with in cancelling, great customer service.

Very small room actually but new and clean, hotel is surrounded by some entertainment clubs that Karaoke voice can affect night sleeping !!! However, hotel staff is very helpful to change another room to avoid such interruption. Their customer service are indeed very cordial and pleasant. And subway plus convenience stores or restaurant are in the nearby to cater our needs. Overall, a good selection in Nagoya city !!!

Hotel itself is very new and clean. The room was small and the bathroom even more compact. The hotel is located in a bar/redlight area so there are certain people hanging around at night, but they wont really disturb you.

The property is nice and clean, and the staff are efficient. The neighborhood is a little dodgy, however, unless you are looking for gentlemen's clubs and massages. We were traveling with primary school kids and still never felt unsafe. There were a couple family friendly restaurants nearby, Bars close between 3 and 4 AM so you will hear a little noise on the street at that time.

Poor check-in experience
Everything was good except for the terrible check-in experience. The Chinese receptionist, who spoke Cantonese, was unexpectedly rude. Since my mother and I stayed there for 5 days, I asked him where to get extra toilet amenities if needed. He just told me that I have more than enough in the room. When I was walking out towards the lift after check-in, he spoke loudly just to remind me that the room was a non-smoking room, and kept saying that the alarm would sound and everyone will know when there is smoke. I was extremely embarrassed. He was too rude and loud that even my mother could hear it from the lift area. I didn’t even ask if I could smoke in the room. I have no idea why he would talked to me in this way. And I don’t think such poor customer service is acceptable in Japan or anywhere else in the world.

Good choice for staying in Nagoya
The room is small, but there has everything what we need and very clean. Hotel staffs are very nice and polite, very professional. Btw There is a familymart next to this hotel, can buy any basic stuffs, metro station, big shopping mall, cafes and restaurants as well. Good location, clean, and well service :)

Over all i love the place it's convenient; near to everything you need; very clean and tidy. I love the customer service they assisted me before and after our stay all request granted esp the toy that i left in their hotel they have been assisting me to ship it to our country. The toy is cheap but the centimental value is important esp to my baby. I'm a happy and satisfied customer. Will definitely stay again when we go back to nagoya.

The hotel is located in the nightlife district of Nagoya city; bars and restaurants opened late, many till 3AM, which may be attractive for guests looking for late night activity, but comes with the usual problems. What bothered me was the fact that we were assigned a room with an emergency evacuation balcony that can be accessed by the fire department from the outside. While I understood the need for such a room, I felt somewhat uneasy as I was unable to deadbolt the room door or secure the full-length windows/doors from the inside. The room was also customarily small; it would have been of some comfort had the room offered something - even if it is just extra space - in return for the insecurity caused by the emergency balcony. I would probably not stay again unless I get another, ordinary room. Otherwise, the staff were customarily Japanese in their efficiency and quality of service.
