"Buchung existierte bei Ankunft am Hotel nicht. Der Manager erklärte, dass das Hotel über Hotels.com keine Unterkunft anbietet. Es müsse sich um einen Betrug handeln. Unterkunft wurde vorab bezahlt. Feedabck an Hotels.com blieb unbeantwortet. Ich kann nur davon abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen!"

"One of the best Hotel to stay, best location near by Mall Road, mid of Nathia Galli and u can discover everything from the mid point easily, Benificial of having Restaurant in Hotel is Fantastic, no neeed to go outside for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, Best Room Service, Quick Solution, Humble Staff. "The hotel was very nice situated in a very quite part of murree. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was lots of staff members around all very polite and helpful. The food in the cafe donwstairs was a bit expensive and wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool hasn't been built yet either. The hotel is about 5km from mall road and we found it difficult to get taxis but luckily we had a driver. "

"The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"
