“The good, the bad and the scary,”
With not much effort this could be a really nice place to stay. But several things during our stay will keep me from coming back, including no towels (night 1), no shampoo (night two), running out of most food items, utensils, and cups at the included breakfast buffet (day2 and day3) . The temperature outside was 107 degrees but they would turn our AC completely off. Then there was the kidnapping in the front parking lot, one of the kidnappers had a gun. There is no security and the hotel staff didn't seem to do much except call the police (which I am not sure even ever showed up).
“Wish I could try it again...”
Even when Monterrey has been impacted with violence related to drug cartels and criminal activities, I took the opportunity to go around and stay in this hotel which was a very nice experience, food was good, room comfortable, nothing fancy, just comfortable. Pool was great for a little swimming as there was a temperature over 100 degrees outside so, better to stay wet. Neighbourhood wAs good, all kind of enterteinment around so if you plan to go there, don't miss it.
“tranquilo y cómodo”
Recomiendo el hotel ampliamnete. El staff es amable y dispuestos a servir. El desayuno podría ser mejor, para un día está bién pero para una semana es monótono, no hay variedad, el café es regular y los huevos son siempre iguales con unas carnes embutidas muy regulares. El transporte al TEC algunas funciona otras no,es decir, no es confiable ni claro este servicio.

The hotel is very nice. I liked the complimentary breakfast,the indoor pool, it's location, the rooms, very nice, you should deffinitely stay there.
