Parking is somewhat limited, but not a lot of people ended up staying long during my stay. Room was cleaned during my stay and towels were replenished as well as bed being made.

It was a basic hotel. Nothing extravagant. It's an older hotel, a little run-down, but good for the price and was what I needed. It was in a convenient location to where I had to go during my stay. The manager and the maid were friendly and helpful. They answered my questions about where the ice machine was located. The bed was comfortable. It had WIFI, a cable TV, lights on each side of the bed, a table with 2 chairs, a microwave and a refrigerator. It fulfilled my basic needs.

lo unico es el ruido la habitacion 117 cada 20 min o 30 en la noche se prendia un ruido terrible de agua o gas o no se de que que no me dejo dormir, ya me he quedado aqui ante sy no me habia tocado ese ruido, fue terrible, fuera de eso el hotel es limpio, centrico cerca de monterrey 6min, 4 min del mar y hay tiendas y restaurantes cerca. el staff muy amable!

The rooms are very nice, there’s plenty of parking spots and the staff was very helpful; however, the bed covers were not clean and the room smelled like a smokers room although it was a non smoking one.

My son was scheduled to stay here and was in a terrible car accident and I found out the day after the first night he was supposed to stay there. I called the hotel and even due the circumstances they were not willing to forgive what we had paid in advance, in whole. I felt like this warranted it because it was out of our control.

Price was ok, it was conveniently located near places to eat and explore. What rubbed me the wrong way was the service. Checking in seemed ok at first, of course I had to show my ID. When it came to the "gentleman" who was working the counter, he asked me for a card. By habit I pulled out my debit card, the same one I used to book my hotel with. He then says, "oh, it's a debit card. I need a credit card". So I use a credit card. I realized he took pictures of both of my cards, for "keeping on file on the computer". I clarified if he needed only one card, he said yes. I told him to delete the other card from the computer if that's the case. He says he deleted it, when I can clearly still see it on his screen. The guy seems agitated and says: "you can go to your room now, here's your card". I grab my card and say, delete the picture. The guy says that he did, but doesn't show me because he turned the monitor from my view. I try not to think anything of it, so I get my stuff from my vehicle and as I get to the hotel room I was assigned to. The room was next to the office and was designed for people with disabilities by the way. I'm about to put my stuff inside, the employee starts shouting at me before I enter, saying: "you need to sign something, you shouldn't have left". My hands are full holding my stuff and he clearly sees it. I reminded him he told me to put my stuff in my room. He was rude and acted sketchy about everything after that. I'm not returning.

Having "best" in the title of the motel is a RED FLAG. Worth coming back when I want small rooms, sad and unforgiving matresses, one community iron for the motel to share and inattentive motel staff to be assist.

Internet did not work. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. We asked the staff about the internet and they did no want to even resolve the issue.
