The rooms are compact but one is truly in the heart of the city. One can walk just a short distance and it’s wonderful. Try and get a room on an upper floor, though. The staff (esp. Sara and Judith but really everyone) are delightful.

The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 Euro. They have a lift. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And this hotel was Inexpensive! English was well spoken here, which held us a lot. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean.

Great bathroom! Liked the roll down blinds and wee balcony. The room key fob had the hotel name and room number on it, and it weighed a ton, so we took the key off for safety.

Our stay was amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were all so so lovely and extremely helpful! The room was beautiful! The location was perfect - couldn’t have been better and the rooftop bar and view, just wow! It really is breathtaking! Will definitely return here if we visit Verona again
