“Needs a little help”

Grounds maintenance could improve the look of the hotel. Better information packages describing amenities for guests would also be a plus. Internet connectivity was sketchy.

“Beautiful views”

Beutiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. The unit was very spacious and convenient to everything.

Area recommendations

THe ski village has all the attractions and activities, but the resaurants are expensive and mediocre. I would rather stay elsewhere and visit the ski area during the day.

“Nice place for extended stay”

My friends and I stayed here to ski at Tremblant for a few days. The hotel is located a couple miles from the mountain with a bus service going to and from the mountain during the ski season. The rooms were quite nice and comfortable with great views of the mountain/surrounding scenery. My only complaint was that it was not located at the base of the mountain where all the restaurants/bars are. It was necessary to drive there for dinner and such. However, overall it was a wonderful hotel and I would certainly recommend it to people looking for a condo with full kitchen and family room near Mont Tremblant.

“Just Okay!”

When we checked in we were informed of shuttle service and times but the shuttle didn't show up in the morning... when we called the front desk they basically said to bad and had to wait for another shuttle.. Recommend booking the shuttle to be sure. When I lost my wallet called front desk for infomation/tele #'s etc. to which they said they had no tele numbers and were of no help... Go for an upper unit.. the lower ones are very noisy from the people above. The service was none existent; we did not see anyone from the hotel for 3 days. Bed not made; same towels for the all entire stay, garbage not removed. The list goes on. Outdoor hottubs were cold not hot! Lovely fireplace but, not allowed to use it!! Lovely view of Tremblant. Units had lots of space and full kitchen, and can accomodate lots of people but only 1 toilet/shower!!! Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived!

“A little confusing at night”

Getting to this hotel was a bit of a challenge. We arrived after sunset and the main roadway leading through all of the different housing complexes is not illuminated, nor is the sign that points to the direction of the main check in office. But once we did find the office and checked in, the room we stayed in was wonderful. It had a beautiful view with a fully equipped kitchen and a bar-b-q on the outside balcony. The only problem is that once again, the city is completely dark with no lighting after sunset so you can't enjoy the view unless you get there early or stay past the check out time of 11. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and clean, almost feel like we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel. Would definately go back!

You should definately visit the New Village, it's a perfect place to walk around and get something to eat that is delicious and affordable.

“We are very satisfied”

Mont Tremblant is always fun for us :) This was out first stay in Cup Tremblant but certainly not last. Two bedroom apartment with separate dining and living plus full kitchen and two bathrooms... but best of all was the million dollar view on the lake and the mountains in October....soaking in a hot tub and swimming in a worm pool with all the leaves falling all around..... ahhhh.... I want to go back..... Great hotel, great service A+ all the way! Thank you for a great weekend :) :) :)

“A beautiful time awaits”

Great location, great room, great price = great and beautiful time. 5-10 minutes to town by car too! So nice in the summertime. A lot to do in the area but many activities are expensive. However, still a good amount of cheap thrills! And bring your own coffee filters! (The round ones not the cone ones)

“a hidden gem!!”

Condo was what we expected, very clean. We were suppose to have a 2 queen beds in our condo, but had one double and a room with bunk beds, but it was fine for what we reallt needed. If any suggestions is maybe have the living room furniture updatewd..it was kinda old! And the BBQ needs to be updated, but it was very clean i must say. Finally the balvony could use a fresh coat of paint. The incredible view really replaced any minor changes that should be done. My wife and i loved it. One suggestion on the overall grounds would be to have some specifically marked and indentified trails to enjoy the area better!
