Just a superb hotel with a stunning lobby, comfortable, quiet rooms, great shower — and even better staff. It was evident from check-in on that they would do anything we needed to make our stay in Lisbon as comfortable and entertaining as possible. Their recommendations for dinners were flawless.

They have a cockroach and bug problem at the hotel and I am not sure if anything is done about it. The building is poorly built and already you can see wearing out on some facilities without proper repair. Has a lot of potential though. The pool is nice and staff are very friendly.

This is a charming Hotel. Staff are lovely and friendly. We enjoyed going to the library and chilling now after a long days walk. We recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely I’m plenty of choice. 😃👍

cannot give 5 stars due to issues with AC. on my 3 day stay twice I woke up as AC at night stopped working and the temp hit 25 C, this has ruined my experience.other than that bed was big, room very spascious, but on my next stay I'd look somewhere else
