“Very convienient to town center. Great staff.”

We were very happy with the location so close to the main Piazza. Parked the car for free in the public lot next to the hotel. The staff, especially Anna, were very helpful. Anna directed us to great restaurants that the locals went to where the servers spoke very little English, but were eager to work with us in choosing the food. The only complaint is that the room carpet was stained. We would definitely stay there again.

Area recommendations

The center of town is vewry vibrant especially on Saturday night.

“Excellent Modena hotel”

My expectations were exceeded on the quality of service and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. Staff were very helpfull in all manners of my requests and nothing seemed too much trouble. Superb buffet breakfast and a nice cosy bar that served excellent coffee which is a must whilst doing business in Italy. Only negative point is that maybe they could offer in room facility so you can make your own tea/coffee without having to call room service or going downstairs to the bar. This will not stop me though from returning and there are some nice trattorias close by with excellent local food and reasonable prices

Area recommendations

Cente of Modena is typical italian with some great old buildings and it was supprisingly clean compared to Bologna were i have stayed previously. Walking to the centre of town is easy and a nice break after doing a day's business in the area. There are some really good bars and reataurants in the centre well worth the walk in to town which takes about 10 to 15 mins depending on your pace.

“a compromise,”

a compromise, nothing wrong but would prefer better location I love Italian cities and towns but prefer to walk around highlights and historical areas. With this hotel, it certainly suited business travellors but those with limited time looking for history would find it less appealing.

“Nice hotel, lousy location for siteseeing.”

The hotel itself is very nice,clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was copious and tasty. The front desk staff was clueless about directions and walking times and a bit haughty. There is a fabulous Italian wine and deli next door. I would have been much happier if the hotel had been within reasonable walking distance of the city center. I believe there is a sister hotel that is.

“NIENTE DI SPECIALE”

Per essere un quattro stelle mi aspettavo di più, camera in stile obsoleto, freddo di notte, fredda la sala delle colazioni. Note positive sono il parcheggio gratuito esterno, la posizione rispetto al centro (pochi minuti a piedi) e la colazione a parte il freddo era abbondante e variegata.

Tutto perfetto. Ottima accoglienza, personale gentilissimo, camere curate in tutti i dettagli e silenziose, pulizia assoluta. Colazione completa e abbondante Un unico appunto: la temperatura troppo alta nella stanza. 25° C, soprattutto di notte, sono un po' troppi: nonostante l'estrema disponibilità del personale per risolvere il problema, non ci sono stati risultati apprezzabili.

“nettes Haus in uninteressanter Umgebung”

gut ausgestattete Zimmer, hohe Qualtiät der Betten. Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Einfahrtsstrasse, daher wenn möglich Zimmer nach hinten verlangen. Frühstück für ital. Verhältnisse sehr gut!

näher zur Innenstadt, da kaum Restaurants in der Nähe waren und wegen lauter Straße!
