Quiet, cheap and safe enough, fairly empty. Very convenient to I-65. In a row with 6 or 7 similar laborer/construction worker motels. Carpet in room was very dirty and almost damp. There was no drinking water available besides tap water, in the vending machine or in the fitness center.

This property was a nice clean and decently maintained property. I stayed here for almost a month and had a second room for my friend who was also in Mobile helping me do some work on a new house I purchased for my mother.

So, obviously not the highest end place. For for a mid 60’s a night fee, I had a decent bed, relatively clean place, and the girl at check-in was friendly. You don’t stay in lower end hotels and expect a 5* stay. It was exactly what I paid for and I was satisfied.
