Chopin in Milan
Great location, not far from city center, very neat, clean and comfortable. Not suitable for elderly people with the amount of stairs having to haul luggage.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, il est propre et les employés sont très aimables et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est varié et le service est bien... cependant, on a eu très froid dans la chambre, l'hôtel est très mal chauffé et très mal isolé aussi, sans compter que la gérante est désagréable et ne fait aucun effort avec le client, elle parle qu'italien seulement (le minimum pour une propriétaire d'un hôtel c'est au moins un sourire et de donner une bonne image de son hôtel) et quand on se plaint elle nous rappelle que nous devrions pas nous plaindre vu le prix !!! heureusement que son équipe d'entretien est très agréable et sympa...

Surprise pas agreable
Des surcharges pour tous : air climatisée à 5 euros de l utilisation , une surcharge pour un enfant de plus. Il rentre dans la chambre éteindre la climatisation et pas très sympa. Parlé pas français et peu anglais

For one star hotel - great
24 h reception is a nice surprise for a 1-star hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. Comfy bed. Air-conditioning provided, but we did not try it. The subway stop is a 5-minute walk, with 1 change one is in 15 min in the very centre (Duomo stop). The hotel's next door is a great pizza restaurant.

Un orrore!!
Assolutamente da evitare!! Cortesia 0 pulizia e riassetto camera giornaliero meno di zero! Camera piccolissima sporca e impreganata di puzza di fumo!! Personale poliglotta?nemmeno capace di parlare l italiano e di dare informazioni veritiere! Da 15 anni che lavoro come direttore d hotel e una vita che viaggio... ma mai situazione così irreale! Colazione compresa??mi è stato detto di no anzi mi è stato fatto capire di no perché appena ho chiesto l orario mi è stato sbattuto un foglio in faccia! Pur avendo pagato pernottamento e prima colazione un miserio caffè ci è stato Negato!! Il bar di fronte è l unica nota positiva!! Documenti trattenuti in fase di check in nemmeno negli anni 80! Il personale non ti guarda in faccia nemmeno fosse l Hilton!! Meglio evitare!!

Goed centraal gelegen vlak bij metro en bus Hotel voorzieningen en prijs in balans Simpel maar voldoende genoeg restaurants in alle prijsklasse in de buurt ontbijt aan de overkant voor € 6 voor 2 personen Min punt als de kamer aan de straatkant is onmogelijk om te slapen ivm herrie zeer drukke weg gaat de hele nacht door

Personale molto maleducato.
Abbiamo prenotato una matrimoniale con la colazione. Il personale molto maleducato ci ha riso in faccia negandoci la colazione pur facendogli vedere che era inclusa nel soggiorno. Dopo verie telefonate a hotels.com ci è stata concessa la colazione, ma ormai era già quasi finito il soggiorno. Il parcheggio è in strada ed impossibile da trovare. Seconda prenotazione con hotels.com e seconda volta che ho problemi con le strutture prenotate.
