“Excellent - Perfect luxury hotel experience”
The hotel is extremely modern and clean, giving you the perfect luxury hotel experience of a 4 star hotel. The bed is super comfortable. The room is rather small but warm and cozy, it would suit well for a couple rather than a family. There are not many restaurants or bars around the hotel but the Sophia restaurant in the hotel is a very good place to eat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel located in a very convenient location. It's a bit of distance from central but easy to travel around using the tram system. The tram No1 is in front of the hotel takes us to most of main attractions. And it's so much better to use the tram than get in and out of the metro. We will certainly stay with the Enterprise Hotel if we come back to Milan again.
“WONDERFULL”
I thınk ıt's location gives you the chance to become intertwined with the people of the Italian. And gives the chance to see the daily life of Italians. Becouse of this we loved the location. You can go to the historical centre of the city easily by tram. The tram is so excited. You'll see very polite and smiling staff. They are very helping for your all questions.
“very nice decor and excellent buffet”
I would suggest to order the hotel shuttle as the price is the same as a cab fare, but without the hassle at the airport.
“Amazing Breakfast!”
Stayed here at the tail end of our long weekend to the lakes. It is a bit further out but the city is easily accessable via tram and bus. The menu for Sophies restaurant looked good but quite expensive-so we didn't eat there and unable to give a review. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. The air conditioning worked even when not in the room. There was tea & coffee provided with a kettle and the hairdryer worked really well. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing!!!! Chefs will make fresh eggs for you however you like it, including omelette with various toppings including smoked salmon. Bacon, beans hash browns sausages, Fresh fruit, cereal, and cakes a plenty. Even cheeses and meats that cost a fortune to order at restaurants in the evening. Try it here included in the price! You won't have space to try it all!
“Great location. Comfortable.”
Other than the noise in the hallways in the mornings, we were very comfortable with this hotel choice.
“not impressed”
We were a party of five sisters on a trip to Milan in July,We booked two rooms, I paid a few hundred extra and upgraded us to "executive" status, what a load of garbage, they stuck a fold away bed into one of the rooms to accommodate the third person. I have never seen such small rooms, no place to move.(pictures very misleading on websites). No ventilation in the bathroom at all. After the first shower, you could not use the mirror for makeup or hair. The hairdryer was as good as a toy, you had to hold your finger on the button all the time. The only English speaking channel on TV was sky news from England. I had read such good reviews on the buffet breakfast, very disappointing, the hot food was cold every day and this was 8am. I had to call for an iron each day and when i returned to room it was gone. Guy at front desk very unfriendly, no patience for anyone who did not speak Italian. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly. Nice servers in the bar and restaurant. If you are looking for a bit of luxury this is not the place to stay.
“stylish and well priced”
Stylish design, great rooms, adn well priced, but it was a bit of a hike to town center on a Sunday when no Tabacs seems to be open to sell us a tram ticket. There is little out there in the immediate vicinity, but good stuf within short walk. Once we had a stad of tram tickets we were good to go. The 1 runs in fron of the hotel and all over the city it seem. A good find and one that I'll go back to.
“Hotel Enterprise”
I stayed at Hotel Enterprise for 5 nights in July with partner as we were to see a Take That concert not far away at the San Siro. First impressions from the street are not very good, with the Hotel easy to miss and an ugly red facade but little else. Once you go through the revolving glass doors it gets better and the aircon cools you down with an oriental theme throughout. As previous posters have said the reception when we checked in was slow as it was saturday lunchtime and only one guy on the reception desk. Bit frustrating. Other times there were 6 of them on the reception. No one really stood out and made us feel welcome. The tram stop outside was used everyday as there is no tube station nearby but the tram is old and wooden and takes about 20mins to get into centre. You have to buy tickets in newsagents or tube stops which cost 1 Euro for 75mins or 3 Euros for a day. You have to validate tickets on board without dealing with driver. We did see ticket inspectors so beware... We payed extra for an executive room with access to the spa which was a mistake as the spa was hardly ever open. the room was a bit small for an exec room but was clean and had a kettle with tea/coffee and a big flatscreen TV. As others have said, breakfast was the best bit. lots of choice. could have a full english everyday if you wanted. excellent. We didnt try the hotel restaurant but it was very picturesque. Overall hotel and Milan is Very EXPENSIVE Will not go again
“Too expensive for what you get”
This was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed at during our vacation to Italy but offered the least in return. As others have pointed out, the hotel is FAR away from anything interesting in Milan, and you have to navigate several forms of public transportation (or taxi-not cheap) to get around the city. Also that wonderful breakfast everyone is excited about IS very nice but it's 15 euro/person. The room was not very clean either. I was just very disappointed having read the great reviews this place gets; I was completely underwhelmed. Maybe my experience would have been different if I had been traveling for business rather than tourism.
“Enterprise State of Mind”
Very nice boutique style hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Rooms are exceptional for the price, my only complaint was the short staff at the front desk. Long waits to check in, check out and for anything else. Management is to blame for this one, so if you're reading: put 2 people on staff at the front desk instead of 1. This should be a no-brainer.
