The hotel was great • if your objective is to be away from the night life • perfect place. Very quiet. Staff were great. Loved the breakfast cookies and popcorn.

“Could have been better”

I frequently stay at HIE's for business and I am usually completely satisfied. However, this location was a few notches below what I usually get. The carpet was well worn and room needed painting - huge scuffs and scrapes on the walls. The bathroom sink did not deliver hot water, had to use the tub. I also asked for a quiet room and was placed next to the elevator and had lots of party noise in my hall all 4 nights I was there. I would choose another the next time unless they renovate.

“It's a Holiday Inn”

Most Holiday Inn's are good. This one is no exception. Nice interior decorating, pleasant breakfast area, nice pool with surrounding deck and chairs to lounge around. The room was nice, but you could tell that it had it's share of parties. A couple of older stains in the carpet. Not dirty carpet, just a couple of stains. The overall location is only OK. Due to the fact that it's surrounded by commercial business',an airport and a green house. The price was not good in my opinion. A bit too high for this site - due to it's location, with no access to good restaurants or night clubs.

The people were very helpful. The rooms where very clean. I was like being home.

Ok hotel but dont book if you are looking for a smoking room because the whole hotel is non-smoking hotel!!

“Great Location!!”

The hotel was as expected. The pool looked bigger in pictures but unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it, we were too busy. Only con was there were not enough towels in the room for use all of the 4 days we were there.

“Sheet conditions on bed”

The sheets on both beds were used! they were wrinkled and soft. I was so tired when I got to my room after 11 pm and I had to get up so early that I went to the other side of the bed and slept there where there were no wrinkles. I mentioned it to the Front desk person at check out the following morning and he casually said that housekeeping might have sit on the bed. that was not the case. I'm a housewife too and I know about fresh sheets!
