Me and my family checked in 3/22 in room 304, the room was very poor and dirty with the TV, microwave not working. Then, In the morning 3/23, after we put food in the fridge, we found out the fridge was not working and all the food we put there was spoiled which was worth $189. When someone came in the morning to fix the microwave and made it work, we lost all electricity in the room for over 3 hours and the people that came to fix the electricity could not fix it. I had 2 work meetings I had to cancel because of no electricity. I hope you understand and make this horrible better, I really do not want to leave a nasty review. Even when I was moved to another room, the quality was not that much better! The front of the room entrance the carpet was completely wet and soggy entrenched with some form of liquid I’m hoping was just water. There was still no hot water in the bathrooms so we were never able to take a shower, the bathroom floors had hair on it, and the room card never worked I needed to go downstairs to activate again. Also, food I purchased the day before for over $100 was already spoiled due to the fridge not working. This is not just me, everyone staying there also complained. See attached video of a woman and her kids that were in front of me while I was checking out. I got completely ignored when I asked for a full refund and a sincere apology for the disrespect this hotel provides customers who trust their establishment.
