Average hotel. Great location. Staff is not too accommodating. We didn't have restocked soaps or shampoos. Don't be fooled by Continental Breakfast.

The service of the restaurant was pretty bad. All the stuff think that they work for us then it is like paid service to them.

It is a very nice hotel. When I arrived had a live band and Greek food. Room was nice with balcony. My room had a large tv larger than the preferred hotels I usually stay in. The younger front desk women was extremely friendly and went out of her way to assist me.

Hotel Time Machine

Pros: Mild historical charm in dining room and lobby.
Cons: Everything else. Even the free breakfast was a loser; coffee, juice, and toast with no other offerings.
Location: Located in a downtown office area, not much nearby.
This hotel is severely overdue for remodeling or even a tear down. The exterior is rusty, deteriorated 1950's over the original stone exterior from the 1910's. The lobby and dining areas have some small degree of historical charm (which the staff plays off of...) but it ends there. Our room looked redone probably 60 years ago, and badly done even then. Probably the worst room I've had in my life. If there were ANY other rooms available within 30 miles I would have refused the room and demanded a refund. Very third worldly. I just looked at the pictures again on their listing, my room looked nothing like what's in the pictures. I wonder if most of the pictures are from this century or even this property!!

Tv dosent work, 2 main light burns, after i toll to the staf, they change one light and fixed the tv, but the tv control despair. Good neighborhood.

Bad hotel in a very central location

Pros: Location Restaurant Service overal
Cons: Refurbish/ renovate this place immediately as its not even 1 star
Location: Close to airport , 10 min. drive Secure Coral Gables old area one can walk without any crime Good restaurants and coffe shops
Stayed 1 night overall. Carpets unchanged for long time in corridors and room not updated bathroom, more like a 1 star hotel Most of residents are Cruise industry employees that stay in between trips Location is superb, safe and close to nice walking streets in old coral gables Restaurant is Greek as the owner, very good food in a very reasonable price Service was very good as well Reception people where very kind I will just refurbish this hotel and can be a very good stay if done.

Busy hotel catering to Cruises.

Our first room was very noisy so a trip to the front desk got us a different room. First room had a slider which didn't close all the way and the busy traffic on the main road made it very noisy. Second room was on different floor and further to the back....much better. Man at from t desk....although wasn't very friendly accommodated us. Hotel is rather run down and in need of upgrade. Room was clean but needed facelift. The price was the best we could find as we were attending the boat show and prices on Miami Beach were ridiculous. Still high price by my standards. Maids in parking lot preparing for morning cleaning were very noisy. Didn't use in house restaurant as it was filled with all men who looked like construction workers or cigar rollers.

Low-end, but clean, hotel in Coral Gables

The town was sold out so had to stay here. It was clean and livable, but depending in your price point might be better to spend a few extra bucks (stained ceilings, very loud road traffic).
