Highly recommend Fiesta Inn and will definitely stay here again. Centrally located to many walkable destinations; restaurants, coffee shops, stores, Barrio Chino, Zócalo, Teatro Metropólitan, etc. The hotel itself is on the top floor of a shopping Plaza, which is perfect for quick bites (Starbucks as well). The metro is walking distance. The room itself is simple with basic amenities, but served it's purpose. Clean & quiet. There wasn't a fridge in the room, but wasn't a deal breaker. The ac worked great. Staff were friendly & helpful. Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed in when visiting Mexico City.

I have stayed at Fiesta Inn Centro Historico for the past 10 years and every visit is more special than the last. All the people that work at Fiesta Inn CH make my family and myself feel at home. They go out of their way to make you fell comfortable and make your stay more memorable. I want to thank everybody during these two weeks I stayed along with my wife at Fiesta Inn Centro Historico, but I do have to give special recognition to these people which helped me during my stay. Anahi the front desk manager always attended to my needs and what my wife needed. All the bellhop staff with very special mentions to Miguel and Joel. Jazmin at front desk has been great during my frequent visits and this time was not different, always with a smile on her face. Lastly, Ayerim who cleaned our room day after day. Thank you to everyone at Fiesta Inn, I will soon you very soon and I recommend this hotel.

Great customer service!!!... They went above and beyond with the accommodation and their thoughtfulness. I shared with them that we were in Mexico City for an event celebrating my parent's wedding anniversary and manager sent them a dessert to their room. The room was on point and clean.

This is a solid-budget hotel option for Central Mexico City, about half the price of the Hilton next door. I enjoyed the stay and would likely stay again if I were going to stay in this part of the city again: Pros: - Price is hard to beat. - Location: great walkable area, busy area, easy access to transit. - Nice size room Cons - - Room walls are paper thin, could hear neighbors' conversations - Most room windows open up to an interior courtyard, so leaving shades open invites putting on a show for fellow guests. - Most staff does not speak Engish, but it's a Spanish-speaking country, so this is for awareness, not a deal breaker - The hotel is located inside a shopping center, which does have some pros, but scheduling transfers, tour pick-ups, or food delivery to the hotel can present challenges. (Most will go to the Hilton next door regardless of instructions. - Prices inside the hotel are pricey, even for bottled water. There are multiple convenience stores around to get supplies for a fraction of the cost. Overall, nice hotel... I got lucky with my room at the end of the hallway, so only one neighbor and that room was empty for most of my stay. You could likely get a room between 2 expected noise level/volume guests and have a tough visit. You'll have to measure your price vs. comfort tolerance.

La ubicación es buena, aunque para entrar al hotel hay que subir como 5 escalones y después subir un elevador a la recepción y otro elevador a las habitaciones. Clean and centrally located. It’s a bit dated. When I arrived the TV didn’t work, but a service person arrived very quickly to fix it. I learned later that some of the lights didn’t work but didn’t bother with that. Nice staff.

I loved the location of this hotel. Perfectly centered in the heart of el paseo de la reforma. Everything we wanted to do was at a reasonable distance. I didn't like that the entrance to the actual hotel was hard to find. The very bottom floor is where the food court is and the corner of the hotel is the elevator to get you up to the lobby.
