This hotel is extremely convenient and very well serviced for purposes of being close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They have a breakfast and snack hour that is awesome.

Only problem we had was the air conditioning in our first room would not work. Now, I will admit that Mexico City is having record heat, but it was still a problem. The staff was excellent and quickly moved us to another room and the air conditioning was fine.

Me discriminaron por ser hispana. Fui a su buffet y nadie se acercó a ofrecer a traerme cubiertos ni bebida. Llegó una mesa de extranjeros atrás de mi y los atendieron luego luego. Espero que mejoren su servicio sin discriminar a personas por su forma de verse o vestir

Ripped me off by charging more than $318 for an additional night stay. Refused to make any adjustments. I explained that my luggage went missing and that is why I am extending the stay. They refused to adjust to the same rate as the night before.

The location is convenient being close to the airport but their shuttle will take more than 20 min between rides to the airport.If you are in a rush,the shuttle may not be the best option,to get in the shuttle there is a line and their van only has room for 9 passengers at at time.Traffic to the airport is crazy and it can cause delay to your flight. Camino Real used to be a top hotel but not anymore.The room I stayed in had a humidity smell once you walk in and the bathroom shower has no door and the water runs everywhere(floor is marble) and it makes it dangerous walking out of it.There is no exhaust fan or maybe it wasnt working and it gets really foggy. It has a decent tv but the room is not equipped with fridge or microwave. The price for the night was high for the conditions of the room.I'm not using this hotel in the future.

Location great, condition of the hotel is in the old side, wear out. Bed with wheels had to rearranging the bed two three times a day. Staff overall was very good except a couple of times we ask for help at the front desk and we were ignored for 10minutes.

I selected Camino Real for the airport shuttle and proximity. My flight from Tijuana landed after 11pm and I called front desk for pickup at Terminal 2. Instructions were to wait 10 minutes at Puerta 4 and I stood for an hour, calling 4 times. Nobody told me to turn right and go down a ramp to a dark corner with no passengers. As my cell phone battery died another guest happened to hear my frustration and we waited to together. By the time I checked in it was 1am. I was very frustrated and do not care for this hotel. It’s very large, with long corridors and worn out carpet that sticks to my wheeled luggage. Hoping that breakfast is good, will probably not stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Camino Real Aeropuerto Hotel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for a short stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, with a good selection for breakfast and dinner. The staff was friendly and efficient, checking me in and out quickly. However, the only drawback was the price. Considering the hotel's location and amenities, it felt a bit pricey. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport, the Camino Real Aeropuerto Hotel is a great option. Just be prepared for a higher price tag.

This hotel is strictly to communicate with the airport, you can not walk the surrounding areas must stay in the hotel at all time, call a taxi or uber if you need to get out of the area. It’s ok, average hotel but convenient as it’s connected to the airport (crossing the street using a skywalk/overpass). It fails by not offering air conditioning - there’s a control but it won’t cool the room, just fan. Maybe it controls heat (not sure who would need that). Cleanliness is average.
