Lovely villa
My title is not original but does accurately describe the property. Easy to find on arrival. Located close to small supermarket and a couple of bars. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. In my experience you will have to go a long way to better this property. Outside was well furnished as well and a great barbecue for your use. If I were to visit Menorca again I would have to stay here.

Fabulous villa in an excellent location
We have just arrived home from a fabulous two week holiday. The villa had everything we needed and plenty of room and privacy for two families. We have stayed in Binibeca several times, and for us this villa was located perfectly for easy walks to the beach, restaurants and the rocks. Thank you for sharing your villa with us, we would love to return one day!

Family holiday
Lovely villa in a great location. Ideal for young family. We managed easily without a car. The local supermarkets had everything we needed. Bars, restaurants and beach all an easy walk away. Pool with optional pool fence was perfect for toddlers and adults.

So good we came back again
Love this villa, we stayed a few years back and really enjoyed ourselves. Came back this time with almost a full house of family. There is loads of room, great facilities and superb location in Binibeca. Lucie has always been really helpful when I've asked questions. We'll be back again.

Lovely villa and pool, great holiday.
This is a gorgeous villa and pool in a really pretty holiday town. The property is very well kept and comfortable, it is fancy looking but with homely touches, we were comfortable there with children but it would have been perfect for a holiday with friends too. I loved all the different places you could sit, my favourite was taking my coffee up onto the roof terrace as the sun rose in the morning, but I also loved sitting by the pool and in the large living room. There are dining tables inside and outside and we enjoyed a barbecue one evening. The kitchen is well equipped, having 2 fridges was a bonus, and we kept our costs down by cooking at home quite a lot (the local Lidl and Eroski supermarkets helped). The pool is beautiful, we used it every day, I found it a bit chilly in October but that’s just me. Unfortunately we were there in mosquito season, it’s the price you pay for lovely warm weather in autumn, and we did get bitten a lot, there were lots of plug in mosquito repellents in the villa that we just got refills for so it was as good as it could be, I think recent storms produced more bitey insects than normal across the island this autumn. Binibeca Vell, the stupendously pretty fishing village, is only 10 minutes walk, most of it was closed for end of season but I would imagine it is very lively earlier in the year. The local beach is very sweet, a little sandy bay about 10-15 minutes walk away, and we hired a car to explore other beaches on the island ( Es Grau was my favourite, we watched a cormorant diving to catch his lunch and send up a spray of tiny silver fish jumping out of the water to avoid being lunch). Great week!

A great find!
The villa is in a great situation. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to the shops, transport and a beach. Its is very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Extremely well equipped and suits all ages.

We really enjoyed our stay at the complete equipped villa. The garden and pool are great, the house is huge and offers enough space for 2 complete families. Contact to Lucie is fine and fast via the vrbo App (fewo-direkt App for users from germany), contact to the local manager Mike and team is via a local landline number. All questions were answered immediately. The huge living-eating-kitchen room has no possibility to be heated, when the temperature is rather low (until begin of may) you should consider to move to the large main bedroom with a good heater via the aircondition. In summary we definitely plan to come back soon.

Only negative was as we were early in the season the villa felt cold and abit damp , maybe heaters could be provided especially at start off season. I would definitely return. The property was lovely and well equipped. It wasn’t the best weather and temperatures were low so it was a bit cold in the Villa but heaters were provided and worked well. It was too cold for a dip in the pool but it was clean and well maintained.

Lovely Property
My friend picked this property from a long list that we put together. I'm very glad he did. You want peace and quiet? This is it. An excellent location and in very good condition. If I was to be in anyway critical I would say a little bit dated but that is being hyper-critical. But, in no way does it distract from how lovely the place is. Would I go back? Absolutely! Excellent contact from the owner, pre arrival, so rest assured all will be well with your booking. Good information available on-site. No real negatives to speak of so book with confidence and enjoy! Recommended

Highly recommended
We were lucky enough to get a last minute cancellation and stayed during the start of September for a week. The villa was set in a close with 3 other villas but you wouldn’t really know that they were there as you feel totally secluded within the grounds having hedges and trees surround you. The villa was well equipped with a full kitchen, fans around the villa and aircon in each of the four bedrooms. The three bathrooms were big with showers and the master bedroom en-suite has a bath too. There is a lot of space within the villa. Outside the bbq and dining area are under cover and the roof terrace is great for watching the sun set each night. The pool is a good size with an outdoor shower. We played table tennis every day we were there ... this can be found in the garage. We didn’t hire a car and walked everywhere. Two beaches within walking distance, one a 10 min stroll and the other a half an hour stroll. We throughly enjoyed our stay and although we tend not to go back to the same place, we would consider coming back here. P.S the management team were helpful when we had a query.

A fabulous house, in a brilliant location.
We had a great time staying here, fabulous location as it was easy to walk to Binibequer Vell, the beach and also Cala Torrent. The layout of the house was also good, air con in each bedroom and 3 bathrooms. Also it was nice that the kitchen was not stripped of everything and there was salt & pepper and oil etc.

Beautiful house in a beautiful town on a beautiful island!
The whole booking process was very easy. Lucie responded to our emails very quickly and was very helpful accommodating with any questions we had. The house itself was perfect for our family of 5 (3 children ages 12,11,8). There was plenty of space in the house. The property did not feel overlooked at all and pool kept the children (and us) entertained for hours! Binibeca itself is a lovely unspoilt town. Buses and the land train (the Ting Ting) can take you to other places/beaches, but to be honest, you have everything you need within walking distance. Cocktails at sunset on Binibeca beach is a must, as is a visit to the restaurant with the swimming pool (in the town). If you have children, the splash park is only a 5 minute drive away (or trip in the ting ting). A wonderful holiday had by all 😁

Perfect holiday villa
We really enjoyed our stay the villa is in a great location within a few minutes walk of the beach and restaurants.The pool area is really nice with plenty of shade if needed with a good area for all fresco dining.The owner Lucie was really helpful answering any questions we had immediately.The villa is spacious inside all in all we had a great time.

Incredible villa
We had an amazing stay in Binibeca, Lucie's villa really is a great find. The layout and rooms are excellent and the master bedroom and ensuite is magnificent. There were only two of us staying for the week, but you could tell that even at capacity there was plenty of room to have your own space. We used the BBQ every night, the pool every day and loved sunsets on the roof terrace. The villa has everything you need and the property manager called round one day to make sure everything was good. There are some great recommendations of places to go, to eat and to drink. The villa has an ideal location, close to the beach and sea, shops and restaurants if you want the hustle and bustle. Although it is surrounded by other villas, the layout and lovely mature garden mean you are never looked over or feel on top of other people. It feels like you are really secluded, which is great when you want peace and quiet. Love Menorca and love this villa. The perfect rental. Will be coming back time and again.

Great Villa
I rented this for a family Birthday celebration. Our family is made up of 6 Adults and two children, one a toddler. Paid extra for a pool fence which was perfect and just helped everyone relax. The Villa is well proportioned and well stocked. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was sorted out effortlessly and quickly. We didn’t check the garage for pool toys (our fault) but full of toys. The Villa is walking distance to a supermarket and to two local bars and restaurants and a walk 10-15 minute walk in either direction on the sea front will bring a raft of other restaurants. Binibequer is a beautiful place. A perfect backdrop to our weeks holiday.

Absolutely superb!
The villa was lovely and the pool beautifully clean and not over chlorinated. The location was perfect. A short walk to a small supermarket. A 10 min very pleasant walk with lovely views to several lovely restaurants & bars and a larger supermarket (where we could bring home the trolley!). A 15 minute walk to one of the best coves I have ever seen. So pretty and clean and ideal for toddlers (we had 2). The beach bar was so quaint and big. The area was so quiet and well kept. I would definitely go back again. It was such s fantastic family holiday! Thank you!!

Ideally located, and much more private than many of the other villas in the vicinity.
This villa is well located and within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is not overlooked by anyone, unlike many nearby villas. Well furnished, there is everything you need for a restful stay.

Just lovely
Wonderful property. Great for kids. Managed extremely well. Beautiful and spacious house. Pool is excellent. We had the most gorgeous time. Shops nearby, binibeca beach within walking distance, same for restaurants (and ice cream parlour with bouncy castle!!!!!).

Beautiful villa, great location.
We stayed in this villa last year and everything was so perfect we came straight home and booked to return this year. Having just got back home again (unfortunately!) I can honestly say it was just as great as last time. The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well maintained, as is the swimming pool. Its situation in the bottom of a cul de sac means that it is quiet and private but still within easy walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants (the nearest ones being just at the bottom of the road!) The villa itself is very spacious and you don't ever feel that you're all crowded on top of each other. It's well equipped and we absolutely love evenings barbecuing and relaxing in the outdoor area- though we do sometimes manage to drag ourselves away!! The table tennis in the garage is a lovely addition for entertainment in case any of us needed a bit of respite from the sun. Can recommend food at Delaneys, a family run bar at the bottom of the road from villa, on the days you don't want to go far from home! Also a trip on the Punta Prima road train is a must, especially if you have children, and the train stop is again just down the road from the villa. Binibeca beach is about 10 mins stroll away and is a lovely clean, sandy beach with crystal clear sea. All in all, considering that our party consisted of both young and old, everyone was happy and there's nothing we would change about our trip (except maybe we'd have liked an extra week or 2!!)

Super spacious family holiday venue... Everything you need and more!
We loved our stay in Binibeca! We travelled as an extended family group, 2 sets of parents with a 4 year old and a 2 year old plus set of grandparents. The villa is super spacious and there was plenty of room for us all with space to get away from each other too... Pool was great and we made use of pool fence for some peace of mind. We loved the BBQ area and had a great couple of evenings just all relaxing, eating and drinking together. We chose the villa because we didn't want to hire cars and it was close to the airport. Transfers were easy to arrange and we found there was plenty to do within walking distance, and taxis are cheap too!!! Loved the local beach with one of the best beach bars... Great venue for celebrating Father's Day!! Would definitely recommend this place and we may well be back 😀

Very nice, well maintained villa with good location for relaxing holiday.
Super location with all amenities and great beach all within walking distance. The villa was clean and spacious for our party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was fantastic, very clean and the best I have experienced from villa holidays. Local shops have all you need for self catering if eating in. We had a great holiday here and would recommend this villa to everyone seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday in the Menorcan sunshine.

Semaine exceptionnelle dans un lieu exceptionnel .
La villa est superbe , grande ,aménagée avec gout , pratique et située dans un cadre exceptionnel . Le quartier est calme , le jardin arboré avec une superbe piscine . Nous avons apprécié la situation proche de la mer et calme cependant . (+ quelques commerces proches )Il a été aisé communiquer avec Lucie , la propriétaire .Nous recommanderons cette location .et bien sur, nous avons adoré l'ile de Minorque !

Wunderbare Villa, Traumlage (fußläufig zu toller kleiner Bucht mit Beachbar), ideal für Familien, alles dran, alles drin, charmant und landestypisch eingerichtet, großzügig und genug Raum sowie Räume, Dachterrasse lädt zum abendlichen Drink ein usw. Absolute Empfehlung, inbesondere auch die hilfreiche, entgegenkommende und super nette Vermieterin Lucie. Toller Service auch vor Ort (wöchentliche Reinigung, Poolservice, Empfang und Info durch Agentur). Und dann schien halt noch 2 Wochen die Sonne ... :-)

Fotos müssen erneuert werden!!! Hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich!
Es ist mir unbegreiflich wie dieses Objekt 4,9 Punkte erreichen kann. Schade dass ich hier keine Fotos hochladen kann zur Unterstützung meiner Bewertung. Trotz vielen Lüften roch es die ganze Zeit Muffik in der Wohnung. Auf den Regalen lagen tote Insekten, im Bett waren noch Haare. Die Wände müssen alle unbedingt gestrichen werden, teilweise klebten noch tote Insekten dran. Die obere Terrasse war gar nicht zu nutzen da die Stühle und der Tisch verrostet waren. Fliesen am Pool waren teilweise kaputt so dass sogar Verletzungsgefahr bestand. Außerdem waren ringsum den Pool braune Flecken (keine Ahnung was das war). Die Garage mit der Tischtennisplatte war überhaupt nicht zu nutzen, das war ein Abstellraum. auf heißes Wasser zum Duschen musste man bis zu zehn Minuten warten da das mit einem Boiler erst aufgewärmt wurde. Wir waren alle sehr enttäuscht. und wie gesagt total schade dass man hier keine Bilder hochladen kann.

Christoph, it was such a shame you did not contact us at all during your stay to allow us to address your concerns. We would, of course, have come to the villa right away to put things right and would have been happy to have do an extra clean for you. It is a family villa and we pride ourselves on looking after our guests. We are sorry you didn't enjoy our villa this occasion as all our previous guests have enjoyed it. Vacances de rêve !!!
Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison de Binibeca Vell... parfaitement équipée avec du matériel de qualité....où l'on passe de très jolies vacances! La maison et le jardin, bien exposés, n'ont aucun vis à vis ce qui est très agréable. Location que je recommande fortement! Deux familles avec 2 ou 3 enfants chacune peuvent y vivre à l'aise! Une jolie terrasse permet aussi de voir la mer et le coucher de soleil! En quelques minutes à pied on accède aux restaurants du centre du village et à la plage. Faire ses courses dans les 2 supérettes voisines est aussi très agréable!

Fantastic family holidays!
We strongly recommend this property, very nice and well equipped, it is even better then we can see in the photos! Space and privacy enough for 6-8 persons, children have lots of space and a beautiful warm and sunny pool, wonderful quiet beach 5-10 minutes walking. The village is also in walking distance with a good supermarket, nice shops and restaurants either in Binibequer Vell or CalaTorret. It is a 30 minutes drive from the airport and Mao. We drove all over the island, and visit very nice places but this area around Binibequer and Punta Prima was definitely a good choice to stay, and Lucie's house even better choice!

Un cadre fabuleux !
Merci pour cette formidable semaine passée chez vous à Binibequer ... La villa dispose réellement de toutes les commodités et la piscine, comme le barbecue extérieur sont un vrai plus pour passer d'agréables moments en famille. L'emplacement est parfait car dans un environnement très calme et l'on peut facilement rayonner sur toute l'île de Minorque. Il est très simple de faire ses courses à proximité, je vous recommande notamment un petit supermarché familial situé sur la route de Saint-Luis où les produits locaux sont de très bonne qualité ! Je vous recommande également la très belle petite plage de Binissafuller à seulement 5 minutes en voiture ... La plage la plus proche est également remarquable, elle est accessible à pied depuis la villa ! Enfin Minorque est une île splendide qui nous a charmés par la variété de ses paysages et la gentillesse de ses habitants !
