"Cleaning, customer services, comfort, all 10/10 I stayed in room 26 for a night with my sister, we had an amazing experience. Beds are clean, bathroom shiny clean, receptionists were very helpful and polite. I told her we start work at 8am so we have to leave at 7am, we don’t have time to have breakfast she kindly ordered us egg sandwiches (our choices) to be prepared before we leave in the morning. They gave us a big breakfast pack of egg sandwiches, apples, pack of crisps, a bottle of water, and a fruit yogurt with a pack of fruit salad, all together with a cup of coffee. Considering we paid £69 for a night for two of us, we got £50 worth of food to go was absolutely shocking. I highly recommend this hotel not because we got the food pack, the service was AMAZING. "

"HOTEL JUST OUT TO THE EAST OF SWANSEA CENTRE, A BUS RIDE AWAY WITH FREQUENT SERVICES. HOWEVER THE No51 BUS, EVERY 20MINS IS A 5MIN WALK TO THE HOTEL, FROM FABIAN WAY PARK & RIDE. THIS WAS NOT FOUND OUT TILL THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. A GOOD IDEA WOULD BE TO SHOW THE No51 BUS DETAILS IN THE RECEPTION AS OTHER SERVICE BUS STOPS DROP OFF NO WHERE NEAR THE IBIS; WEATHER WAS BAD, RAIN RAIN & MORE RAIN ALL FREE !! APART FROM THAT ALL GOOD."

"Lovely hotel and room. The room had a bath in bedroom, the would accommodate 2 people. Plenty of various covers and water in the fridge. Offsite parking near the hotel, which is cheap. A few disabled spots at the side of the hotel. "

"Lovely night staying in The Vale Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Room wasn't ready but we arrived before check in time but had plans and needed to get ready. The staff said we could use the dry changing rooms, these were immaculate and perfect for me to change and do hair and makeup. Room was ready 15 minutes later and had time to have a quick drink in the bar before our night in Cardiff for a concert. Returned to the hotel and the bar was open and then ordered room service were we enjoyed lovely, freshly made sandwiches accompanied with slaw and crisps the perfect end to our lovely evening. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast lots on offer and all delicious. Staff were great, explaining about our choice of breakfast and showing us the juice and offering tea and coffee. Unfortunately we didn't have time for a swim or spa but we will definitely return in the future. Check out was easy and friendly. All in all a great time. Thank you "

"Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The WiFi wasn’t very good and to get the gym or pool access card you have to go to reception and hand in your key which is a bit odd. Other than that, superb!"
