"The property is located on the French side and situated right next to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The bus stop was only a block away (2 minute walk) and is $2 each way and will take you to Phillipsburg where there are pristine beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Julia our beautiful host took the time to go over any questions we had after we arrived. She even gave us directions and a number to a driver that took us to places that were too far for us to walk to. We did not rent a car due to the narrow roads and confusing traffic signs. The locals were very kind and I was able to speak to them in French, but everyone also spoke English. I felt very safe inside of this property because upon entering it is an additional gate/door that locks upon entering the main door to the property upstairs. The wifi inside of the apartment worked great! The description for the apartment states 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but it was a nice surprise to find an ADDITIONAL half bathroom with toilet and sink located on the first floor next to the living room. The Marina view from the main bedroom was gorgeous and also included electric shutters to open or close for privacy or to block out light/darkness. The air-conditioning worked great and kept the apartment very cool! The wall outlets are European so bring adapters to plug in your cell phones, labtops, etc. Chez Fernand bakery is highly recommended and we attend Ebenezer Methodist Church during our visit! Both were walking distance."

"The property was excellent and as pictured with 3 full bed rooms. The hosts were exceptional in helping us get to the apartment and navigate around town. It is important to be aware that this apartment is not at the address listed. It is about a 30 min walk down hill to the center of town or a taxi ride $10-$20. Having said that we would stay again…. Just we would have rented a car (there is a parking spot) or utilized the taxi provider from the host from the start of the trip."

"Sabrina was great, went out of her way to accommodate our schedule. Very neat little studio. Its on the main drag, so its loud during the day, but you are sheltered from the street view by a nice little garden courtyard and fence. Easy walk into Marigot to shops and restaurants. Pool was clean, beach was small, but fine for a swim."
