The food was excellent. My boyfriend appreciated the cigar lounge. We rented a car and found it accessible to beaches and restaurants for the evening. We would definitely go back! "Overall the property was Amazing. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We loved being within walking distance of Friars Bay and happy Bay. Navigating to the property was easy as was parking at the property. The property was well equipped with everything you need to be able to cook your own meals. The pool was nice and clean, however cold enough that we didn't spend much time in it. Would be amazing if it was heated. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty depending where you were. However, we were on vacation and didn't care One thing worth noting is only one of the bedrooms has a full ensuite with toilet. The first bedroom in the property has a shower but no toilet. The second bedroom a full ensuite with shower and toilet. The third largest bedroom has a really nice bathroom, however, the toilet is outside the room by the living space. Didn't detract from our experience but it is worth noting. We would definitely consider returning. "

"We had a wonderful six night stay recently. The owners and staff were super friendly and welcoming. The property is lovely with a very relaxing vibe, and lots of attention to detail. The food was excellent. My boyfriend appreciated the cigar lounge. We rented a car and found it accessible to beaches and restaurants for the evening. We would definitely go back! Merci for a wonderful stay! "

"This was a great place. It was clean, well located, and right on the beach. The beach was easy to access, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We used the beach chairs that were there in the apartment. Plus, we were able to watch the fireworks in Marigot. Americans & Canadians - don’t forget your Euro plug power adapters. We would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. "
