“Decent Hotel”
The hotel was quite comfortable although our room was very warm and there was no way to control the temperature as there was no thermostat.Food in the restaurant was very good.Staff were very pleasant and courteous.There was a problem with the lift in so much as it was a bit erratic in its operation. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would go there again.
“Clean Up-to-Date Hotel”
Really nice hotel, clean, beautiful room, several amenities although we didn't have time to partake. We wanted something close to the Manchester airport which it wasn't (about 15 minutes away; there were other hotels much closer) but it was in a great, safe neighborhood, ample free parking. Had internet access but not a business center or access to a computer for their guests. The receptionist was accommodating by printing out our boarding passes for us.

“Not a 4 Star”
There is no comparison between this hotel and a true 4 Star. The rooms were so small, the quality of the towels was poor and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. There is no air conditioning and in fact the first room we were given, there was heated air coming out of the vents that were next to the window and with the sunlight, yes somewhat surprising in Manchester, I am allowed to say this as I am a born and bred Mancunian, the room was very warm. The bright spark about the hotel has to be the staff. They were so helpful and we were moved to a room on the 'cooler' side of the hotel, but still no a/c. The staff in the restaurant, for breakfast, were also very pleasant and accomodating.
“Nice stay”
Stayed here for a week while visiting parents. The Expedia rate was a bargain, so much so that we were worried about what the hotel would be like. As it turned out we had a great stay - room was nice, staff were very helpful. Great selection of channels for TV addicts! The area the hotel is in is a quiet one, but super-handy for the bypass. Not a great neighborhood if you want to walk to restaurants but we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Great hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. Very enjoyable bar meal. Very good breakfast. Not sure about having an almost opaque glass door on the toilet though :(
“Modern, Clean, Upscale and close to Manchester Int. Airport”
Staff was very helpful upon arrival. Beautiful room and for being so close to the airport, noise levels were low.
